The reason I'm making this complaint is the server Kathy who was having a very bad day overcharged me $on my bill
The service was bad enough that if I wasn't about to miss my flight due to the incredibly slow service, I would have discussed it with the manager before leaving, but as it was, I was happy paying the full bill and not leaving a tip and that would have been the end of itThe final bill should have been $without tipI very clearly wrote in the tip line and very clearly wrote the $final amount, so there is no way the amount could have been misreadOn my credit card statement the charge shows up at $Being overcharged is the reason I'm making this complaint
