Failed to complete the contracted services. Would not return to complete the work.Contracted to cut down a tree; gring the tree root system; remove all saw dust; level the ground and sod the area. Stump grinding was not complete, ground leveling was not complete. Lamberty Tree Service would not return to the site to complete the work.Desired Settlementpartial refund, as I have hired another to complete the work. The refund should be equal to the charges from the new service contractor.
