The reason the windows were damaged is due to Lambeth mgt not acting quickly to repair the damaged siding they waited months and water damage occurred the estimate is for the windows I have order the door and will take care of installation of it

I am rejecting this response because: Lambeth Management's delay in the request back in April for repairs still have not been completedI went to the jobsite and there is no caulking or brick mold or other outside areas Lambeth is responsible to complete and a plastic garbage bag is sticking out of the side of the house (is this professional work?) To this day it is still open and additional damage is occurring due to moisture and weather. Due to the fact that Jennifer R*** stated to me (*** ***) that the reason she held up the work they were responsible for was because *** ***, my fiancé "had offended everyone he had spoken with,( Jennifer R*** and Karen W***).which subsequently resulted in additional damages and as of today they have still not completed the work. Condition of Windows: The overall condition of the windows are good and are not in need of replacementThe lower areas of trim such as the sills, sill nosing and brickmolding are in need of repairThese items can easily be repaired without replacing the entire window unit.Scope of Work to be Performed: Remove recently installed Hardie siding on both sides of windowsInstall new Rbatt insulation in the wallInstall new 1/2" OSB sheathingReinstall existing Hardie sidingReplace damaged brickmolding, window sills and sill nosingRepair one window mullCaulk previously caulked areas and paint siding and window trim.I am choosing to go with Mr*** ***, Professional Licensed Contractor with *** *** *** evaluation of the damage and and his scope of work to be completed. I am not accepting Lambeth Management's response to this issueThey have already delayed repairs that were requested in April that has resulted in water damage to the brickmolding and other outside areas stated above in the report from Mr*** ***, Professional Licensed Contractor with *** ***What I want is for the work mentioned above by Mr*** completed immediately to prevent even more damage that has already happened due to Lambeth Management's six months delay in beginning the repair workThe evaluation by *** and the cost of the windows that were quoted to me of $1,per window by *** was extremely over priced and calling for repairs NOT NEEDED

Association Board of Directors.We act as a liaison between homeowner and Association.Lambeth's role includes interviewing contractors (i.e. landscapers, tree companies, street repairs, brick, signage, painters, carpenters,etc.)I have had the opinions of the professionals, in this field, to look at the windows and rear patio door and the opinion is, "they need to be replaced". The units themselves have broken down. The repair/patch work that is being demanded would be a temporary fix and the obligation of the Association is to provide accurate, good, and standard repairs to the exteriors of the these homes. There have been many window/door replacements in the last year alone by other homeowners.
