Only item left on paint touch up list is 2 pieces of trim added to sides of Subzero that need to be painted. difficult to coordinate with customer. all other paint touch ups were completed at one year time. Cracked out caulk at this time was repaired. Another heating season is upon us...

and we are not responsible for future cracking of woodwork (dont know if humidifier turned on,etc). Need a list of non matching hardware of windows. can get catches to basement double door unit. drainage issue is not our responsibility - natural water runoff by back patio was diverted towards back property line by landscaper. our contract states that drainage problems are not our responsibility. this is a homeowner issue. thanks

I heard from lambie custom homes. Plans to finish everything is being made. So far work is not complete but we have been contacted and hopefully can get resolution to these issues.
