I'm writing on the matter regarding [redacted] ***The fact that she paid in full when we finished the job and was satisfied should be enough to prove she has no cause for complaintAlso the fact that she is complaining months later when she contacted us in September seems suspiciousFirst of all she was responsible for all materials so there is no way we could return anything that we hadn't bought which we spoke to menards and they said the matter with her had been resolvedSince she was purchasing the material, when we went to put the roof on she had no kind of vapor barrier available, we asked her and she said she was going to blow in foam insulation so she wouldn't need anyWe had put about half the roof on and she then changed her mind and said she would like to have a moisture barrier so we said we would have to charge to take of and put back on what we had already done and she agreedThe garage door had a couple panels bent before it was installed and we told her and she said she would get a new one but to go ahead and install that oneAs far as I am aware their was not inspection on the buildingI was hired to build it and she was responsible for all materials and permits and inspectionsI never heard of it being inspected or saw a permitWe did make ruts in the yard but I went back and fixed them and she signed the bottom of the contract signing off that she was happy with them being fixedI'm enclosing a copy of the contractIt also states at the bottom where we had to take off the metal because of the vapor barrier and what we charged to do it, which she willing paid and signedWe will not be refunding any moneyI feel we did everything we were supposed to and she had no issues until months laterIf she had a problem she should have told me before the job was finished and paid and not acted like she was very satisfied.Sincerely, [redacted]

all she was responsible for all materials so there is no way we could return anything that we hadn't bought which we spoke to menards and they said the matter with her had been resolved.
