I am rejecting this response because: It makes no sense that the day trial starts the day you order, as you can't start until you get the product. Any medical person also knows that less than days is not adequate trial. Additionally, item was not shipped out in a timely fashion. It is NOT TRUE that they shipped right away. I have an email from the company that they shipped on February 7, I ordered on January 19; and they billed my bank account for the full product price on February 5th. They are refunding me my money now that I strongly hassled them, but what about all the other people they are taking advantage of who don't know to fight back. This is a scam and I want them on the warning list to consumers. *** ***er
