sure that the information on THEIR PayPal account is correct. The shipping confirmation emails are sent out at the end of the day after the close of business. The customer called after the business hours that are listed ON our website BESIDE our phone number, which she used to contact us. She left 2 voice mails regarding the matter as well as sending an email with the correct address. Also, apparently this claim was filed. We have one person who maintains orders and customer service, who was out for 2 hours this morning for a doctor's appointment. The customer was responded to and the address corrected within 10 minutes of being in the office. We understand the concern when ordering products online but we do expect that our customers afford us a reasonable amount of time to correct an issue. We have redirected the package to the correct address, as well as paid the $10 FedEx fee that we would typically pass on to the customer for providing incorrect information.Thank you for your time,Greg S[redacted]
