I placed an order with this company on Friday, April 6, I paid with my credit card, and expected, as most companies do, to receive and email that my order was being processed or my payment was received Instead, I received nothing at all I waited until the following Monday, and I began to worry a little I discovered that my credit card was billed on the day I placed the order I tried calling the number on their website, and only got an automated message I left several messages for several days I sent an email to their website, which states that someone will get back to you in to hours No one did I even contacted them through their facebook messaging system On April 17, someone finally sent me a message through the facebook messenger They said they would get back to me right away to find out what was happening Again, no one ever responded Yesterday, I sent another message saying that if I did not hear back I was going to contact the Revdex.com and call my cr

I signed up for their dress subscription for the dolls they sellI revived the first dress without an issueThe next month they billed my credit card but I did not receive any productThey billed my credit card again this monthI have been trying to contact company for weeks trying to address them charging my account without providing productThey do not answer their phoneYou just a recorded messaging stating to leave a message and they will return your callThey won’t return callsI cannot log on to My Account on their page because it is all messed up and will not work!!! I sent multiple emails to their help email without any response I want a refund for merchandise I have not received and want to cancel subscription but there is no way to get through to this company
