I have made 2 separate orders from this site containing 4 different types of contacts. One order was of the same color, but they were both of different prescription.Those were the ones that came in correctly. However I would have wanted to exchange one I ordered incorrectly of strength on 1 of the prescriptions. Not a big deal.I could always exchange them in an allotted time frame it was given in the guidelines,as long as they are not opened, and none of them where. they're not opened. This order I had Received a week or more prior to actually an order I had placed 2 weeks earlier for a different set of contacts.I had waited over a month to receive these contacts, and when they came in they were not even the right color or even the right prescription strength. I have tried multiple times to email, or even send messages through facebook messenger, and yet to no prevail of any response whatsoever. It has been over a month, with no response at all. I can not count on my hands how many times I have emailed,Or sent messages through facebook messenger. No 1 is reading them and no 1 it's responding to them. I need this is the I am getting very frustrated. My 1st order Was a pair of moonlight gray colored contacts and a pair of blue purple contacts both The strength a nose ring -3.25 order number was TT-2941. My second order which was within the week was for the divine gold color contacts A set of 2:-4.50 and -4.25 The only mistake on my end is on the gold color contacts I ordered the wrong prescription on 1 of them. And it said on the website that they can do exchanges within 30 days. As long as the product has not been opened and it has not been. But I have been in no way shape or form been able to get in contact with any of these people. All there is is an email address to try to contact them, there is no phone number or anything. No 1 will answer me no matter how many emails I send and it is getting frustrating. I am at the point I just want my money back.

Other (requires explanation) Refund. There is no way to resolve this conflict due to there is no phone number to call anybody to actually talk to. And I am not the only 1 that is experiencing problems with this company. I want my money back plain and simple. Order

The products I ordered were not the products I received have not been able to reach anybody to get the correct items..

They say they ship within 8-10 days max and I've been waiting for 2 weeks now. I don't expect them to come in anymore so I'm going to order the ones of of ttdeye which most of their pictures are from ttdeye. I hope they didn't accually get the money but I have tried to contact them through email but they have not replied. Very very disappointed.

I want a full refund for the product that was purchased that I never received.

My order was hard to track, mailed to the wrong address, company has no contact phone number. Upon further investigation it is not legit Revdex.comas stated
My package was shipped to the wrong address. After strenuous investigation on the web, this company does not have a valid address and will not contact me as requested. All shipping information was double checked, and is also the same as the billing address. I am afraid my banking account is in jeopardy, as I did not discover this information until February 14, 2020 and February 15, 2020

They claim to be Revdex.com accredited as well, after tons of research they are not. I would hate this to happen to anyone else.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the items purchased delivered to the correct address and for the items to fit the integrity as depicted and described on the website, along with the fast shipping I paid for. If this cannot be resolved I would like a full refund.

Sent wrong items. Will not respond to emails.
I ordered six pair of contact lenses on January 9, 2020. I received a package on January 31. The six pair of contact lenses I ordered were as follows. One rainbow pair, one glitter pair in each of the following colors. Violet, pink, blue, green, and gray. The name of the product was *** glitter and then followed by the color. The other contacts were just rainbow. The order number is *** on *** app, which is how I was tracking the shipment. On the Lamon confirmation email order number: *** I paid $82.80 through PayPal. I order online a lot so I understand that mistakes do happen. I was not upset until I emailed them 4 different times and have gotten zero acknowledgment whatsoever. I would like them cute correct this situation and the only way that I need to get through is come to the Revdex.com. I'm glad that they're part of Revdex.com. I hate to file a complaint but they shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like they don't matter.

Desired Outcome

I want them to send the pairs of contacts that they are supposed to send me. I paid my money I expect the correct contact lenses. I hate that it's even come to this step but maybe the Revdex.com can get a response where I haven't been able to. I have copies of all emails including order confirmation, receipt of payment, all of my emails that remained unanswered. If I need to send these in I would be more than happy to do so. Please feel free to contact me for any additional records as I do keep all correspondence or lack there of in this case. I ordered 4 pairs of contacts from this company with specific colors. I did not get what I ordered and they will not respond to any of my emails to resolve this matter. I ordered 2 glitz star silver (1 being -4.25 and 1 being -3.50) and 2 glitz star blue ( 1 being -4.25 and 1 being -3.50). What I received was 2 Ochre ( I don't even know what color that is ) and 2 Amber... They will not respond and I am not satisfied at all. I cannot wear these.

Delivery I want them to send me my order. I paid $27.60 per pair of contacts with buy one get one free plus taxes. I want my correct order. If they do not respond then I want a refund of what I spent. Thank you.
