Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is an incorrect statement from the businessHe himself altered the motor so he could install itThere was no one near the system except him and his techsThe septic system never worked after he installed the pump Wayne's techs advised me while they were here snaking the system that I would have to have the area dug up because roots were in the lines causing the system to failThis also was found to be incorrect information (I am a Registered Nurse and have no knowledge of plumbing but it was easy for me to see that tree roots were not the problem hereThe pump simply was not working to pump the water out) After paying plumbers to inspect the system/motor after his techs snaked the system, I found out that the motor was installed improperly and was wired improperly by Wayne, the owner of the businessThe plumbers both advised that the pump was hooked up backwards and would not of worked the way it was hooked upSince all of this, I had a new sump pump installed and the system works beautifully I also kept all text messages as well as voice mails from Wayne, the business owner and installer , where he stated he would replace the motor and made multiple appointments to come to my house however he never showed and did not call to rescheduleAlso in a text he told me to 'just throw acid down that drain, that will clear it up"He sent of his techs out to trouble shoot who were not certified to work on the system And know I question if he himself is certified/licensed He told me he is the man/inspector of these systems for Ohio, Kentucky and IndianaI did not think to ask for credentials because at first he seemed like an honest, genuine man I have been damaged by his bad business practices in the amount of------- Regards, [redacted]
