From: [redacted] >Date: Tue, Jul 5, at 9:AMSubject: [redacted] -Hi ***, Can you please accept this letter?To: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaint I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience that Ms [redacted] experienced with our company We value our prospective tenants as well as our current customers We would never intentionally hang up on a customer, or be evasive regarding an application On or about June 4, 2016, [redacted] applied for an apartment with our company in the Pittsburgh suburbs We denied their applications solely due to information we obtained concerning their credit and income Though they may remember differently, our payment company reported the payment for the deposit as a bank transfer, or e-check We can refund credit card payments immediately, though electronic checks take longer as they are not processed by our bank, but by a payment processing company We refund checks on the tenth day after deposit--which we did with Ms [redacted] payment In the future we will try to be more transparent regarding our refund policy.Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience or frustration that Ms [redacted] experienced, and wish her the bestSincerely, Ron

Pennsylvania at every price point and at a great value Our office is open every day to serve our residents promptly and reliably The applicant in this letter signed and initialed a application agreement with our company that clearly stated that if she was approved for the apartment, she would lose any money held to reserve the apartment if she later chose not to sign a lease agreement with our company A couple of days before her lease was to begin, she decided that she was not going to take the apartment However, we understand that situations can change for applicants and we would like to assure that MsPeduzzi feels valued and has a positive experience with our company In light of this, please have her contact me directly so that we can come to a resolution Thank you again for this opportunity to respond to Ms***s concerns.Thank you, Property Manager

we thank you for this opportunity resolve the matter. Ms*** viewed one of our apartments and after seeing the apartment, wanted to move right in. These apartments have bright, immense floorplans, central air, new granite and maple kitchens with designer backsplashes, balconies and free heat. The building is in an excellent location, near Route 65, Interstates 79, and 376; though just minutes or less from downtown Pittsburgh. We are walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, and the main business district. During the viewing, she stated that she possibly would not qualify for the apartment, based upon our income and credit score requirements. We stated that we accept cosignors under certain circumstances with an additional deposit. The apartment was recently renovated, and the leasing agent was unsure whether we would accept a cat. She sent a semi-completed application with her information and another with her cosignor’s information to a different leasing office within our company, which we received on March 26th. She did not pay the deposit, which our agent informed her during her viewing must be in the form a money order or credit card payment upon application. The application stated that if she was not approved, her application fee would not be refunded. We waited until Ms*** had paid the deposit to fully review her application. As she never fully completed the application, we did not perform more than an initial review. We are saddened that Ms*** did not fully complete the application, and could not lease an apartment from us. As the payment for the application fee cleared, we sent a refund to Ms***. We regret any inconvenience we caused her and wish her the best. Thank you again, Lobos Management
