Horrible experience ! I took a lamp in for repair and was quoted $for the repair On the day it was ready, Lamp Depot called to tell me the lamp would now cost $due to the extra work involved needed to repair it I explained that it would have been nice to receive a phone call beforehand explaining that more work would be required and do I want to spend the extra $ I explained that the lamp was given to me free and broken and I really didn't want to spend much to repair it and if they had told me about the price increase I could have saved the repair guy a lot of time and might have told them to trash it Then they put the actual repairman on the phone to explain to me what worked he did (despite that I never asked to speak to him) and then he said he was going to put his manager *** on the phone She gets on the phone and was horribly rude, yelled at me that she will be the one to speak repeatedly and that I will not be allowed to speak She said to pay just the $and never bring a lamp to her again and hung up on me I called back and said "I can't believe this is how you treat your customers" and told her I am happy to pay the $45, but just wanted to explain my position and she said "this is how I treat customers with attitude problems" then she yelled at me again that she doesn't want to hear any more and that the price was $and to pick up my lamp and hung up on me again This woman has real issues and should not be in business!
