Lamp Post Globes Etc.

The customer has lied about the issue, originally order the wrong item, order with an opening and not a neck Told me I ship them the wrong one immediately shipped them out a replacement, since they had ordered incorrectly in the first place they received a duplicateEmailed them a returns
good invoice in June which they never used to return the globes They have received a full refund and also have both globes, the second one they didn't pay for it or the shippingWe try and give excellent customer service when ever possible but some customers refuse to work with us and lie about the situation
This is not our business email address and I would appreciate it not being used in the future
