I inquired with Lampariello Law Group and was referred to an attorney for a trust dispute. The attorney never called me back. I called the office and left a message - they do not answer their phone. Next, attorney *** called me back. I explained the trust dispute in detail and he agreed to work on a 40% contingency on any recovery plus additional contingencies to him and signed a retainer agreement. He never did anything at all. After answering some stupid questions about the case (it appeared he did not know what he was doing) I emailed him all requested information and followed up with numerous emails on the status of filing a lawsuit and he still did nothing. After about three weeks of absolute nothing I called his office to complain and nobody answered so I left another message. He also forgot about a conference call that he arranged with two days notice - totally negligent! Next I received an email letter from *** that he was quitting the case. Stay far away from these people. Customer service is nonexistent and they will waste your time!
