IN this matter our member had Collateral Protection insurance added to their auto loan because their insurance company failed to provide proof of full coverage We have been working with the member and their insurance provider to obtain the necessary documentation to receive a refund We
have been unable to obtain adequate documentation of coverage Through working with the member and our CPI agent we have come to the conclusion that the members insurance provider failed to issue the appropriate coverage on the auto It is my understanding that our member intends to pursue a claim against her insurance provider for failing to provide them with adequate coverage.
