I paid *** $*** for a rebuilt transmission, he never delivered a transmission and refuses to refund my money
I have been in contact with *** numerous times over the last days, he has repeatedly told me he would pay me back, but no cashable check has arrived

Not all items I paid for were on the engine I bought when they delivered itI contacted him and was told I would get items, never happened
He won't return messages or answer phoneDidn't ever send items that were missing when engine was delivered and said he would send them and make it right but never didHe has my money that I paid under the agreement that this would be a running engine with everything there to install and driveDidn't have fan or the flywheel as it was supposed to and I'm a little concerned about their 30day warranty claim because I don't have all parts to make engine work to test it even and he won't reply to me now!!! Will be making a trip to see him and the authorities!
