My experience with this company began in mid July until I terminated my interactions with them in early Aug
This company cares 0% about customer satisfaction and does make money by ripping customers offTheir sales supervisor (*** ***) is very unprofessional, led me on for weeks about sample floor tiles that were being made for meWhen I called several times about their status as I wasn't receiving them within the time frame she indicated I was told my tiles had sealer applied and were drying*** said as soon as they were dry they'd send them out should be end of week or early next week she saidI then had her add a couple more unsealed tiles to the current order as I had to wait for the sealed tiles to dry anywayShe again gave me her standard "should get them end of week or early next weekAfter another wee
