Review: I hired Lamplight properties, Judy G[redacted], to manage my property. Mrs. [redacted] was in charge of all aspects of my rental property. Mrs. [redacted] broke her contract in several ways. The first issue is a tenant that did not pay rent for three months, and Mrs [redacted] did not file any paperwork, judgement, or eviction notices to the tenant. Mrs [redacted] advised that she did not have time to file paperwork, and did not want to file judgement on them. A year and a half later, Mrs [redacted] still had not made contact with the tenant nor filed judgement. Mrs [redacted] advised that she would not go after the tenant even though it is in her contract.

Recently, I found out that Mrs [redacted] rented my property to a tenant with addendum that I specifically told her I did not want. Mrs [redacted] took it upon herself to allow pets in the house and smoking in the garage when I have a contract with her that advises no on both. When I confronted her, she advised that 'she believed she talked to me about the pets' and that 'she could not tell the tenant she can't smoke outside, and she can't smoke inside so the garage seemed like a good idea'. Mrs [redacted] did not advise me of either one of the addendum she authorized.Desired Settlement: I would like an investigation into her license and the process. I would like the Realtor Ethics to be reviewed and disinclined on such.

I would like a refund of my property management fees that I paid from June 2014 until March 31 2016. This is due to a breach of contract.
