hi the package was shipped on time under tracking number : [redacted] trackable via www.usps.comthe costumer suggest a refund if he did not receive the package before Christmas from our part we accept the costumer proposition and also we want to apologize for the inconvenience, for that we want make happy our costumers and we will offer him the full refund and also offer him the item bought from us once he will receive it it is not our fault but we assume 100% the satisfaction of our valued costumers for that we will issue a full refund and the costumer can keep the item once receive it hope that our apologizes will be accepted from the other sideNB: Please check the attached file , prof of refund of the total amount of 43.99USD

Hello,the package was shipped by USPS on February but for unknow reason the package look like lost sorry about that, we will ship you a replacement package on Monday march 26th and we will email you the new tracking number for replacement package thank you

I’ve been told the same thing about this package It has been sitting in China since 12/I have not gotten any further follfrom the company I will forward the last correspondence I received
