Mr. [redacted] returned to the dealership on 8/11/2016 to Cancel the GAP insurancethat was purchased on 08/06/2016. The deal was already funded with [redacted] Lending. I had Mr. [redacted] fill out the paperwork to cancel the GAP insurance and asked him to call me when he got the account number from the...

bank so we could send a check to them for the cancellation. He said no problem and left. On 08/17/2016 we received an E-mail from Mr. [redacted] requesting the cancellation again. So I called him to see if he received the account number and he did not so I told him I would reach out to the bank to get the account number and send the cancellation up to accounting to be processed. A check for the refund for the full amount of $750.00 for the GAP policy was sent [redacted] to [redacted] on 08/22/2016.Pohanka Hyundai

The reason I'm not happy with the out come is because, the Service Manager (Ralph D[redacted]) stated that there were several steps to diagnose a problem with the A/C.  If that was the case, the Service Advisor (Tim B[redacted]) should have discussed this with me and I could've made better arrangements. Also, if the Technician is aware he had to preform the steps, maybe someone should have checked to see if they had the parts to fix the problem.  And if the Freon need to be evacuated, why didn't they put in back in the car when the realized they could not fix the car that day.  I do accept their apology for the inconvenience.  However, I can't get pass the lack of professionalism and basic communication skills.  Mr. B[redacted] spoke to me as if I was some dumb women who knew nothing. When I ask if they could put the Freon back in my car, he told me no. They will do it when I have the service done.  That's why I refused to bring my car back.  Very bad dealership.
