Lan-Chester Sheds & Gazebo's ( Cedar Craft Storage Solutions)

Review: I ordered a new shed, and also paid to have an old shed removed from my property from Lan-Chester Sheds & Gazebo's(also known as Cedar Craft Storage Solutions). I foolishly paid up front,the entire amount for the new shed, and $270.00 for Lan-Chester Sheds & Gazebo's(also known as Cedar Craft Storage Solutions) to remove my old shed. [redacted] ( not sure of spelling), the owner of Lan-chester Sheds & Gazebo's, also known as Cedar Craft Storage Solutions, was in charge of the removal and delivery of the sheds. When Ben tried to move my old shed to his truck and trailer, it started falling apart. Ben was able to put my new shed in place, but left my old shed in pieces strewn across my yard. At the time, I did not know Ben was the owner, so I didn't say anything as the delivery team( Ben and another man) left my property.The next day I called the sales person who sold me the shed to see about having my $270.00 returned to me, since the were not able to remove it, and left a hazardous situation of debris and nails sticking out of boards all over my yard( which is why I checked above that complaint involves a health issue.When I found out that the man in charge of the delivery, [redacted] was the owner, I was truly surprised. The day started out with them running over my drain spout in my driveway, and pretending it didn't happen, to angry comments about why I just didn't burn the old shed.It was obvious [redacted] didn't want to remove my old shed and I was dealing with a hostile situation from the start.I finally got to talk to Ben a week after this incident( after finally learning his is the owner of this business). I was not even asking him to pay to clean up the hazardous mess he left in my yard, but just to return my $270.00.He was just as unprofessional on the phone as he was in person( angry and nasty that I would even think I deserved my money back), and has refused to return my $270.00 for services left incomplete.I have since had the debris of the old shed removed myselfDesired Settlement: Mail me a check for $270.00 and I won't sue for the money it cost me to clean up and remove the old shed.
