To Whom It May Concern, We received this complaint in regards to the wedding of [redacted] First, we would like to say that the limo was not dirty and that we did not try to charge [redacted] for any overages because they did not go over on timeAlso, our driver never went to get pizza while with the clientOne of her bridesmaids was pregnant and didn't feel well and asked our chauffeur to get her some tissuesHe went to the pizzeria that was next to the photo stop and got her a bag of napkins - going above and beyond his duties as a chauffeur The chauffeur called us stating that he was upset because the party was giving him a hard timeTheir photographer never showed up and they kept taking it out on the driverFurther, [redacted] 's husband, ***, called our office and started screaming at one of our associates saying that the limo forgot them at the parkIn reality, the chauffeur had already completed the trip and they were dropped off at the venue - however, the party was so intoxicated, they did not know where they were We provided the service as plannedTheir other arrangements did not go as planned and they are taking it out on usIf our service was so bad, they would not have taken the car we provided for them to the airport days later and they wouldn't have paid for another car to get them from the airport the following week Thank you
