Horrible experienceI'd give zero, and even negative stars if I could!!! Do not wast your money or your time!!! I scheduled an appointment for 1:30PMWhen I arrived at 1:10PM I received a message from LaNae saying "I hope that you are not too close to here yetI just got sick at work and have to go home." She then went on to say in her message "I don't know if it's a stomach bug or what, but it just hit me an hour ago." I then replied "An hour ago, and you wait until minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel?" What I find odd, and makes me totally not believe her story of getting sick all of the sudden, is that I logged onto facebook early that morning, around 10AM, to see exactly where I was goingI noticed that her facebook page said "Closed now - Opens tomorrow 9:00AM-5:00PM" I panicked a little thinking I had requested the wrong day & time off from work, so I logged into her online booking program to check my appointment timeI didn't request the wrong day & time, and sure enough, again, when I got there it was already closedWhen I actually talked to LaNae on the telephone, she was anything but sympathetic to my time being wastedWhen I explained that I had to take time off from work, and find someone to cover for me, she said, and I quote "That's not on me." She requires a hour notice to cancel or reschedule, but she doesn't offer the same courtesy to her paying customersLuckily I paid for the service through nwadealpiggycomI contacted them, told them the situation, and they were not surprisedThey had actually spoken to another customer right before me who also wanted a refund due to her inability to confirm an appointment
