Screen product is defective. Measurements for the screen product were incorrect. The screen does not function as described and does not fit correctly.

Owner was contacted through multiple txt, phone calls and email since Tuesday December 10, 2019 to date with no response what so ever. Owner will not return email, txt and voice mail box is full and can not accept new messages.

Desired Outcome

Refund $2055.00 total was spent on curtains and track. The track was installed correctly and functions correctly. Requesting a refund of the cost associated with the curtain material portion of the project. Two separate invoices were generated, $1260.00 and $795.00. Requesting 50% of the total paid refunded to me in the amount of $1,027.50.

I have sent Text to Mr ***.
I have the New Curtains to install.
We had agreed on this.
He had also agreed to pay me My cost for Curtains.
He had excepted them in this condition almost 3 years ago.

I do NOT accept this resolution!!!!

I have NOT received a text from him since July 31, 2019. He has had plenty of opportunity to date to rectify this situation, with absolutely no effort to contact me via txt, mail, email or phone call.

The original curtains were installed August 24, 2018 and July 19, 2019.

Not 3 years ago!!

After spending $2055.00 on this project, I am suppose to expect them to wear out and be defective in just 18 months with very minimal use??

The curtain material was not measured correctly, is defective and the owner is well aware of this. The material is JUNK!! *** has made ZERO effort to correct this!

I will NOT accept the same new material, nor will I pay for it!!

Buyer Beware!!

I am sorry for this misunderstanding.
I have copy's of the Text where Mr *** stated he was Happy with the Curtains.
He did want the first ones replaced and said he would pay for the replacements. He had ask for them to fit"Snug". I am still willing to replace the curtain even though it fit like he had ask for.
The material is Warranted, I have paid for and received the replacement panels.
This is what the Warranty is for.
There was Never any discussion of Refund!!!
We would like to get this resolved.

There is absolutely no misunderstanding in this entire situation.
The facts that I stated in this entire complaint are 100% accurate.

There was no discussion of refund. That is correct. That was my resolution to the Revdex.com to try and recoup some of the money wasted on this project with this complaint. I knew this would never happen, btw.

As stated previously, there has been ZERO contact to date, today, 2-29-2020 from the owner to rectify this situation.

There was NEVER any discussion of warranty and if the owner really wanted to make this defective product and installation correct, he would have satisfied this situation a long time ago after my numerous attempts to contact him.

THE ONLY REASON THAT HE DESIRES/CLAIMS TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION NOW IS DUE TO MY COMPLAINT TO THE Revdex.com AND THE EXPOSURE ON A PUBLIC FORUM.

I realize there will be no rectification in this matter and that my money was wasted on a shoddy product and installation. At least I can prevent someone else from wasting their hard earned money on JUNK.

I now have a reputable company that has been contracted to replace the material and make the situation correct at my expense.

I will not spend any more time bantering back and forth over a complaint that will never get resolved by Mr Porter.

Happy New Year. Touching base with you to see where we stand with my replacement curtain for the back? Like I said, I will pay for it, need be. I will be back down this Thursday am Jan 9 and would love to get it finished if we can. Let me know, thanks
