I am rejecting this response because:  Lets see, where should we start?   First of all no one ever sent threatening letters to this outfit.  We contacted them almost two years ago and sent them a defective toy period.   They never responded.  Numerous upon numerous letters have gone to them, all with no response.  They recieved none of these letters?  The dog ate all the letters?  The post office lost all the letters?  But they did recieve the Revdex.com complaint.  Very very fishy....  With all due respect [redacted], you should have just sent me a response...just once...to explain this to us.  Yet you did none of this.  You chose to finally send a response to a Revdex.com complaint.  Gee whiz.  What a wonderful customer service company and policy you have.  Customer service 101 , heck a PRE K school class would have at least responded.  Anyways, where is the toy we sent you, or are you still going to stand behind all of the letters and original package were ate by a dog, or lost in the mail, or maybe a fire swept through your building.  Not sure...but to do this to my disabled kid...who's toy it was...is despicable.  Explain to him, where his toy is.  Explain to him why you never bothered to respond [redacted]...  Heck, don't worry about it.  It probably cost you 50 cents to make it in Indonesia anyways.  We will never buy LANARD TOYS again....ever.

Review: ON OCTOBER 17,2013 WE RETURNED ONE OF THEIR NEW BLUE TOTAL XSTREAML AIR GUN TOYS TO THEM BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE/CRACKED. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. ON 2/26/2014 WE SENT A FOLLOW UP LETTER AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED EITHER. THEN WE SENT 3 MORE LETTERS WITH THE LAST ONE BEING ON 10/1/2014 AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF THEM EITHER.Desired Settlement: REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF FULL RETAIL PRICE PLUS $15.00 IN POSTAGE
