I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I was given your email by my husband. I was the original one to have written the complaint on your companies website, reporting Lana's limo. I have never dealt with more rude and ignorant people then [redacted]  and [redacted]. They yelled at my husband and I over the phone , flooded us with lies, and would not give us the time of day to explain our situation. Instead they rudely spoke over us, and down to us in a degrading manner.
 
We were not drunk as they claim; we are mature adults and not children. We paid a lot of money for our special day and wanted to enjoy it as well as remember it!
 
 The only reason that we took the limo they offered to the airport was it was part of our package we already paid for . As for the return trip home it was too late to have found a new company to bring us back as we left for our honeymoon after our wedding and could not find another company on that short of notice. Lastly, we never authorized them to charge our credit card for the trip from the airport back home; they went ahead and charged the card they had on file that we used for the wedding.
 
Overall their replies are all lies, but at this point it is our word against theirs, no? We do however have witnesses as far as our wedding party goes. At this point it's not even a refund I want , I just want to make sure that they rightfully go out of business. They are the worst human beings I've ever dealt with;  I cannot emphasize this enough ! I want to ensure that they never ruin another wedding again.

We have received the response from [redacted]. We want to make it clear that neither [redacted] nor [redacted] yelled on the phone. [redacted] spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] spoke to [redacted]. We let them explain their situation to us, and we investigated their complaints, and as explained before in the first response we gave, we found no merit to their complaint. 
By signing a credit card authorization form, [redacted] allowed for us to utilize that credit card for all of her reservations. If she did not want to take the trip with us from the airport, she could have easily cancelled and taken a taxi service instead. They chose to utilize the free service and the return trip. 
We provide hundreds of people with limousine services and have never had any issues to this extent. We value our clients, have provided great service since 2001, and continue to do so.

pizza while with the client. One of her bridesmaids was pregnant and didn't feel well and asked our chauffeur to get her some tissues. He went to the pizzeria that was next to the photo stop and got her a bag of napkins - going above and beyond his duties as a chauffeur. 
The chauffeur called us stating that he was upset because the party was giving him a hard time. Their photographer never showed up and they kept taking it out on the driver. Further, [redacted]'s husband, [redacted], called our office and started screaming at one of our associates saying that the limo forgot them at the park. In reality, the chauffeur had already completed the trip and they were dropped off at the venue - however, the party was so intoxicated, they did not know where they were.
We provided the service as planned. Their other arrangements did not go as planned and they are taking it out on us. If our service was so bad, they would not have taken the car we provided for them to the airport 2 days later and they wouldn't have paid for another car to get them from the airport the following week.

I WILL NEVER LET THEM RUIN ANOTHER WEDDING AGAIN- dirty limo, limo gets lost to try and charge you overage , driver goes to get pizza on our running clock, and [redacted] and [redacted] spoke over us when we call to complain versus listening to us as the customer- rudest most ignorant people I have ever dealt with- and expected us to call and discuss a bad ride during the middle of our wedding and on our honeymoon- TERRIBLE COMPANY OVERALLDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A REFUND AT THIS POINT!
