I am rejecting this response because: They had numerous opportunity to fix the situation yet they did nothingThey failed to return my calls about their serviceThey won't get a replacement paper out saying I could have it a day late or take a credit for the missing papers but I paid for a paper the day it comes out, not the next day
They consider themselves better than their customersI noticed that after I filed my complaint they have now blocked my comments on facebookWhat does that say about them?

I am aware of the issues we have had with the independent contractor delivering outside of our 11am delivery deadline. The contract on that carrier was terminated at 5am on Monday 8.21 and delivery should be completed on time going forward.

Unfortunately we did have some phone issues in January that caused issues for customers trying to contact us, however this issues has been resolved.
