Lancaster Fleet and Auto

Completely unprofessional for towing. Was told by operator tow bill was $350 back at yard for small fender bender. 2hrs later I called to ask for total amount on my way to pick it up. Was then told $415. Ok extra fees maybe? Showed up and quoted $545. Asked what was the reason for now the third price all the sudden and said oh I am bad at math and smirked. Do not fall for this scammer company. Btw car was drivable and drove an hour+ hone no issues. Zip tied bumper back on and popped headlight in was all it took.

My car got towed from a strip mall across the train station in Lancaster, PAI had not noticed the towing signs before, as I used to go to businesses in this place at least once a weekI called the number in a small sign in the lot, and confirmed that they had possession of my car When I get a look at the bill, here are the charges and the reason for my complaint:
1) Towing Charge $ - The lot is less than two miles from the strip mall
2) Fuel Surcharge - $ - So I have to also put fuel in their truck?
3) Lot access - $ - Unpaved junk yard, my car was about meters from the office
4) Admin Fee - $- Consisted on a guy filling out the invoice by hand and swipping my credit card

3) Lot access - $35.00 - Unpaved junk yard, my car was about 100 meters from the office
4) Admin Fee - $15.00 - Consisted on a guy filling out the invoice by hand and swipping my credit card
- I asked why I had to be charged $35.00 for getting my car out of the lot; he said that due to liability reasons, they had to drive me. The drive was in a dirty tow truck while I wore a suit.
- I also asked about the $10.00 gas charge, which they said was "customary".
- The answer to the admin fee as just another "customary" fee.
I find these charges outrageously against good business practices.
