Revdex.com received phone call from [redacted] ***, he said his mother, [redacted] ***, has not received $from company as promised in September

I received a letter from you today dated October 07, regarding my mother [redacted] ***’s complaint # [redacted] Your letter said that if you have not received our reply within days, and that you are closing the casePlease see our reply below again, that was sent on September 19, We still have not heard anything directly from the company, and it is just days from the date we received your September dated letter, which was actually received in our postal mailbox on October 1, telling us the company would send us a refund How many days should we wait before responding? I was giving the company a chance to refund the money before replying to the Revdex.comNothing has changed since September or September 29, We are still awaiting the refund from the Lancaster Landscape business I guess my next step will be to take him to court, and I will have to call the Revdex.com as witness for our defenseI would appreciate you resolving this matter ASAP! This is not something I want to do, and I would think that you would also prefer not to be involved with this issue This individual is not a good example of the rest of the upstanding business people in our communityHe has admitted basically in writing to the Revdex.com based on your September letter, that he received money from [redacted] *** and we also have the cancelled check to prove he cashed it, and then he said he would send my mother a refund check in that Revdex.com September 29, letter but we/she has received no replyAgain, how long do we have to wait for his refund? I have tried to "pick my next step" in the above complaint number, but there is none to choose from. Please advise the customer that a refund will be issued as soon as possible

I replying to your letter dated 9/18/for my mother *** ** *** regarding Lancaster Landscape
I am her son, and I have “*** *** **
***” for her on all matters
She and we have heard nothing from this companyThey have not made any contact with *** ** ***, myself or wifeWe have the called the company several times
as we told you recently in a phone to your local Revdex.com office
We are awaiting your responseWhat other legal action can we take against this business to get our down payment money back? We have hired another firm to do the work, so we don’t want the company to do any work at her property.
We know this individual is in the grass cutting business as he cuts grass for my mother’s previous cleaning lady, who lives in the the neighborhood on the next street

Your letter said that if you have not received our reply within 10 days, and that you are closing the case. Please see our reply below again, that was sent on September 19, 2014.  We still have not heard anything directly from the company, and it is just 9 days from the date we received your September 29 dated letter, which was actually received in our postal mailbox on October 1, 2014 telling us the company would send us a refund.  How many days should we wait before responding?
