Review: In November 2012 I registered for and paid $850 for course work in Mediation at the Lancaster Mediation Center. These courses are required fo r individuals interested in pursuing Mediation as a career path. In February 2013, The Lancaster Mediation Center canceled the courses--with no indication of rescheduling and no offer to refund my money. I have asked for a refund of my $850 on four occasions with no reply from the Lancaster Mediation Center until June 10 when in an E-mail [redacted] the Executive Director stated that he cannot help me.My complaint is that I was charged $850 for services not delivered by the Lancaster Mediation Center. In my view this behavioe approaches fraud and at the very least reeks of incompetance.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $850 that I paid for services not delivered.
