I am very disappointed with the service I got from Lancaster Nissan service. I first took my Nissan Sentra 2013 in November of 2021 for transmission complaint. They told me, it is not a transmission problem, so I paid around six hundred dollars for diagnosis and maintenance that didn't fix my car problem. Then when I took for the 2nd time, they told me it is a transmission problem. I contacted Nissan North America, who covered 50% for the transmission. After they fixed the transmission, when I took my car home, the odometer reader was on and off. Again I called and took it back, they told me that it is electric problem and will cost me up to $1,500. How can an odometer that has never shown any sign before, go blind after the transmission is changed? I complained and tried to talk with the manager. Getting to connect with the Manager of the day almost took a week. When I explained my situation, the manager promised to give me a call in 24 hours. I didn't hear back from the manager since the that time almost three weeks ago. I have never seen such company that handles their customers like this.
