I have reviewed the response and see that I used an incorrect year when I spoke with the office manager, who clearly remembers our conversation on January Sad that this has wasted my time for the last monthsI'm so happy that she is less confused about this situation and hopefully more aware of what her office staff is doing and how the billing department is operatingMyself, being in healthcare for over years, have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a Physician practiceThank you so much for finally addressing this matter and hope so much that this isn't being done to other patientsI have accepted this business response now that both matters of the complaint have finally been addressed*** ** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
[redacted]

I am in receipt of your letter regarding a complaint from [redacted] and was disappointed that she resorted to filing a complaint with you after we agreed to removing the late fees from her account.  We had resolved this, by phone, prior to her sending this letter.
Thank...

you,Diane F[redacted]
Office manager

I am writing for the second and hopefully last time regarding ID# [redacted].  The complaint states that this customer spoke with me on January 8, 2014, and I was not an employee here at that time, I started my position May 2014. As I stated before she and she was very confused when I spoke to her, we have accepted her payment, as payment in full, and have removed her account from the collection agency.
Thank you,

Review: My daughter was the patient of this practice. Our [redacted] Ins had a small copay from a June 27 2014 visit, that I tried paying prior to this practice getting the Ins adjustment back, and they would not accept payment telling me to wait to hear from my ins/and their office billing dept. Did not hear from them until October 2014, with a bill in the mail and late fee of $5. Again, attempted to speak w/billing department while still living in PA in mid October, no return call as sole billing person was not in. Left msg with phone number, no return call. Called end of October prior to leave state of PA to attempt to pay bill, left msg/no return call. Moved out of State and called to speak w/nurse to have prescription changed to Idaho, nurse refused and was told PA pharmacy must do this. I explained PA pharmacy could not, and was asked to have Physician practice issue new prescription to new Idaho pharmacy, and I was told to call back PA pharmacy that they should do this. At that phone call, left msg with nurse to have billing person call me since she could not handle payment of my bill, again, no return call. A total of two bills received in Idaho since November 18th, 2015, each time placing a call to billing office again receiving NO CALLS-last call being just prior to Christmas. My messages were very clear providing my new phone number and reason for call/no calls received from this practice. Today, January 8 2015, paid the original amount of $12.99 due, was told amount now $32.99, and that I was sent to "collections". Call today was to office manager, who took my call and billing info. This is unacceptable and my request is for the amount due to total $12.99, which has been paid, and to rectify and remediate my information being sent to collections since this should have never been sent to collections and this practice should have been much more professional!Desired Settlement: As stated above, would like the total amount due of $12.99, to be final payment. Also, this practice must remediate and correct their error in sending me to collections!

I have reviewed the response and see that I used an incorrect year when I spoke with the office manager, who clearly remembers our conversation on January 8 2015. Sad that this has wasted my time for the last 8 months. I'm so happy that she is less confused about this situation and hopefully more aware of what her office staff is doing and how the billing department is operating. Myself, being in healthcare for over 25 years, have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a Physician practice. Thank you so much for finally addressing this matter and hope so much that this isn't being done to other patients. I have accepted this business response now that both matters of the complaint have finally been addressed. [redacted]
