I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
I was not provided any paperwork on this vehicle*** had came into the office and asked *** where the vehicle was, after telling him where it was he went and started the workAfter breaking the window he did not have anyone sign anything and we did not receive any paperwork regarding that vehicleThe issue isn't us not wanting to hear about how the glass may or may not break, the main issue is the way *** handled the situationThere was no need to be rude and expect us to not have our own opinions and or thoughts of what had happened, just his side of the story (which he wasn't present at the time of the incident)I completely understand that there is not a percent guarantee when removing the glass, however I had called *** to explain this isn't the first time *** had broken glass at our facilityI can see that this problem is not going to be resolved especially if the person handling it is not giving anyone else the opportunity to speak on the matterWhich I find odd considering he wasn't here at the time of the incident anywayI will not pay for something that was not done the way I asked it to be done, and on top of it, in no way did I sign any paperwork to say I would pay for this service, as no invoice and or paperwork was given to me or anyone in the office.I DO NOT want to be contacted by *** at Ocean Glass from here on out.Thank you

this was taken care of a week after installation, tub scratch was fixed

the story portrayed is a good one, however not correct, *** did break the glass while trying to remove it from the vehicle which happens occasionally that is why no glass company guarantees thiswe have performed this many time with no problemsnow one breaks and he expects us to pay for
itwe clearly state on all our paperwork that the glass can break during removal and no guaranteethey just didn"t want to hear it thank you
