Beware, worst experience from a service contractorThis company was sent by our home warranty insuranceOur clothes washer leaked, intermittently completes the wash cycle and makes noise out of the ordinary when agitatingThe tech reported to our insurance company that it was our fault due to non-maintenance of the washer, which caused a denial of insurance claimThey did not even inform us of status, I had to call them back to follow upWhen I called our insurance provider, they said that the contractor has informed us of the denial and spoke to us on the phone, which was not trueWe never got a call back for status update after the tech's visitThis company needs to train the technicians properly, their tech made things up due to his incapacity to diagnose the real issueThey charged us a service call fee of $and then they report to our insurance that we are at fault due to non-maintenance of the appliance based on their incompetent diagnosis

Technician sent out by Home Security of America to repair ice make On refrigerator. Came out 3 times and replaced ice maker twice - never getting it to work. This took over a month , finally they told me to call someone else. The next contractor only had to plug the ice maker in correctly and it is working great! I would not recommend this company. Even if using home insure, check out the contractors first. Don't waist your time.

Do NOT use this company! Our Home Warranty is making us go through them and they have been out several times and our refrigerator is still not fixed. They have replaced the compressor amongst many other things. Going on for months now. They are milking the system to get paid more and more, and I still do not have a working refrigerator with a family of four!

my home warranty sent them to my home to repair my refrigerator and they were not able to and in the process they scratched the stainless finish on my refrigerator. I contacted them and emailed them the pictures of the damage and they never responded. When I called them they said the tech said he didnt do it so they would not be able to help me in any way.
