I've been using Ugo Digrazia for all my HVAC and water heater installation and service for nearly years I have always found that they do a great job and at very fair prices The workmen are courteous and efficient and always leave a clean job site I would highly recommend them and do so to all my friends

These guys are phenominal! They had to come to our home twice, but the A/c was frozen because of lack of refrigerant and a filter that needed to be replacedThere was no charge for that visitSecond visit got our air conditioning up and running and the charge for the visit was more than reasonable

I've been using Ugo Digrazia for all my HVAC and water heater installation and service for nearly 30 years. I have always found that they do a great job and at very fair prices. The workmen are courteous and efficient and always leave a clean job site. I would highly recommend them and do so to all my friends.

I can't say enough good things. As a first time home owner years ago I had problems and . Ugo Sr. did an outstanding job. I'm not professionally qualified to review the work. However my father was an architect (Yale Bachelors and Masters). He gave the job an "Excellent". I am now working with Ugo Jr. I promise, you won't find anyone better.

On 2/12/14 our company received a customer complaint.  First and foremost, we regrettably apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred during our last conversation by phone with...

this customer.  At no point during any of our communication did any unprofessionalism occur.  Quite the contrary, we were very considerate of this customer’s continuous hardship and personal issues.    
On 12/27/2012 customer called requesting service due to water around her furnace.   Upon our visit, we replaced the faulty furnace pressure switch, a condensate pump and a new drain line.  To our knowledge, this service call was resolved completely.  This customer was billed accordingly on 1/7/2013. 
By 6/30/13, six months later, we still had not received payment nor did we receive any communication.  Ugo spoke to her and she expressed hardship.   She stated she would call us back.
On 9/3/2013 we spoke to her to establish a payment arrangement of $25-50 monthly, of which she said she would begin making payments at the end of each month.  No payments were received.
Another statement was sent in January, 2014, over one year later.  It wasn’t until then, that she responded with a note claiming her backroom carpet was wet and that she will not be paying this bill.  We were never notified of this issue until 1 year later.
On 1/27/14, Ugo spoke to customer and she told us she will be sending a payment to us when she gets her check in a few weeks.  She stated she would call us and then we would schedule to go back to service this issue.
On 2/11/14, Ugo spoke to customer asking why payment had not been received and asked when we could expect payment so that we could schedule a service call for her new problem.   At this point our customer was upset that we were not going out to service until a payment has been received.  We explained that we had already paid for parts and the technician’s wages to resolve her problem one year ago, so before incurring additional expenses, we expected some promise of good faith and fairness with at least a payment.  At this point, the customer stated she was going to report us to the Revdex.com and hung up. 
 
Proposed Settlement:  Upon notification of customer's withdrawal of all complaints she claims to have made to the Revdex.com, The Department of Consumer Protection, all Social Networks, troubleshooters at television stations, and any other entity, we will gladly credit the amount owed.  We recommend this customer to seek another contractor in the future.  We apologize for any inconvenience and wish her well.
