Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Lance’s response to my complaint is unacceptableHe continues to make excuses as to why he did not provide the agreed upon service but makes no attempt at discussing any acceptable resolution to the problemWhile a “bad motherboard” is unfortunate that does not excuse Lance from failure to provide a service that was agreed upon within our contract and he was paid forHis failure to provide service and abide by the contract is unacceptable business practice and I need to be compensated for his failure to performAs stated in my initial desired resolution Lance needs to compensate me the difference from his contract and other videographers who would provide the full length video without the highlight video and week turnaround time as without those components I would not have hired him. It is currently 9/17/which is weeks after the wedding (thus weeks past the contract date for the highlight video) and Lance has still yet to provide me with an appropriate highlight videoAt this extremely late point I have no interest in now receiving the highlight video, instead the $compensation is necessaryI also believe his failure to respond to the Revdex.com complaint for calendar days is future evidence of his lack of appropriate business practices and inadequate response to consumersI will be doing everything in my power to discourage future brides from hiring Lance Wheeler Videography as his failure to abide by the contract and poor business practices, have created nothing but frustration and additional work for me A day that should be nothing but positive memories unfortunately will now also come with the feeling of regret and frustration from hiring his business.Thus I feel the Revdex.com needs to continue to intervene as Lance continues to deny the need for compensation when he has clearly failed to provide acceptable serviceRegards, *** *** Revdex.com:

I have responded to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint verbally and in writing and explained that the editing system I use had an intermittent problem which was later diagnosed as a "bad motherboard".The unit was sent immediately sent to a computer specialist in Florida for repair. I indicated to Ms. [redacted] that...
the normal "turnaround" window would be extended but could not provide her with a real deadline while the unit was being evaluated in Florida. Her threatening ultimatums, documented in numerous emails, have been forwarded to my lawyer for his review and action. She has also received additional DVDs. Ms. [redacted]'s demands for compensation are outrageous.
