I am very disappointed today because we have only has this Insurance for two months and they cancel the insurance because they felt like the truck change was a big deal we put down payment of 2384.50 and has made two payments 805.00 each totaling 1610.00. I don't think its fair that we have paid all this money and in the middle of the contract they want to cancel the Insurance and for me to come up with another 4000.00 to get another insurance company to cover me. I have last over 20,000.00 in business not have this this Truck up running, I think I should get back all my money or enough to pay the down payment on another Insurance company. this is my only means of taking care of my family and this has cause a big stress on me and my home we can not afford another down payment of that amountProduct_Or_Service: insuranceAccount_Number:[redacted]Desired SettlementI would really like for them to make the down payment for the new Insurance or give me a refund .

I called lancer insurance more than 6 times, each time I called, the lady over the phone she did not clearly mention her name. She then transfers my call to policy department, an ironical thing is that not even a single person answer their phone instead they will asking for "leave your name and number", which I did almost to every single one. Only one person has the courtesy to call me back and his name was [redacted]. I will request to the management either train your staff or else get rid of them as it is clearly a loss of business.","neg-1

Worst customer service in the industry. [redacted] is the agent that took care of our case and she did nothing but neglect our case for more than a month, and she did this more than once. They do ask and put pressure in the customer to put money down in advance before finishing with the case.
After talking to the district manager, [redacted] I get an email from him stating that everything is done and that I can pick up the truck from the dealer. When contacting the dealer, the manager states and I have it in an email, that they are still waiting for payment from the insurance to release me the truck. Today is Jan 9th, they truck disappeared Nov 17th and was recovered Nov 30th. It has been over a month and we still don't have our truck back.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, HIRE AN ATTORNEY IF YOU REALLY NEED TO PAY FOR THIS INSURANCE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEY WOULD ASSURE YOU THINGS THAT LATER WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY DID IT AS A COURTESY. EVEN IF THEY DID IT AS A COURTESY THEY WON'T FULFILL THEIR WORD.
