We properly diagnosed and replaced a failed starter in the vehicleThe customer approved repairs and we moved forward with the starter replacementWhile we were waiting for the starter we performed a courtesy inspection and found the vehicle was quarts low on oil, which we did top off prior to startingAfter we started the car the engine ran for a short period and starting making noiseWithin minute of run time the engine seized in the shopThe conversation between my service adviser and the customer is outlined in the attached document along with our work orderPlease call or email with any questionsThanks!

I am rejecting this response because: When I was talking to this guy he told me I shouldn’t have call the Revdex.com and I feel as he was very unprofessional he left me a message.that was very unprofessional I will never do business with them again

I was able to get a hold of the customer today for the first time in five days and numerous callsDuring the conversation I asking what we could have done better to which he responded he was frustrated his car was not runningI asked him specifically what we could have done better after explaining what our process was and stated he was not a mechanic and does not knowI then asked what he is looking for or what we can do to remedy the situationHe became frustrated and hung up or was disconnectedI tried calling back twice and he would not answerAt this point we have been storing a vehicle for nearly a week and have no direction
