After taking my Jeep to a Chrysler/Jeep dealer for a couple of recalls and to find out why my front differential was making so much noise, the Service Manager suggested that I take my Jeep to Lance's Driveshaft. The Jeep Service Manager told me that the only way that Jeep would do any kind of repairs is they would only replace the whole front differential since Chrysler/Jeep does not allow Jeep service to purchase individual parts for their differential. I believe that this is what Jeep does for other Jeep problems. In other words, I asked if they could replace the outer rubber axle boots on my Jeep. I was told that Jeep will not let their Service Dept. order individual Jeep parts and that the only way to fix this problem was to buy a whole new differential. This is the point where the Service Manager suggested that I visit Lance's Driveshaft. I stopped by Lance's where we had a long discussion about the future of my Jeep. We made an appointment, took in the Jeep where Lance did his evaluation and low and behold I didn't need to replace the whole differential (because Lance can get individual parts, whether OEM or aftermarket) which was a relief for me. He did a full evaluation of the drivetrain and only suggested what needed to be repaired (front driveshaft and front differential bearing kit). The repairs were completed in a timely manner. The problem that I originally took my Jeep in for is now gone and I am a very happy customer. If I ever have drivetrain issues Lance will be my Go-To-Guy. Thank You for doing a Great Job!
