I am rejecting this response because:Today I received an unwanted email from Vaibhav S*** of LanceSoft - ***@lancesoft.comLancesoft's recruiters are STILL contacting meSo Lancesoft's response "...all your information is currently blocked in our systems making it impossible for any recruiters to Contact you by using our recruitment SystemsAdditionally, we have also informed all our recruiters not to contact you in any circumstances." is proof that either their recruiters ignore "no contact" orders from their managers, or, no such orders were ever issued and Lancesoft employees remain free to harass me.My complaint against Lancesoft stands.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:Good Afternoon,I thought that we had this issue resolved, but obviously we do not The email below was sent to me by Lancesoft today, along with phone calls from this woman, no sorry phone calls as she just called again while I was typing this One call at 11:am, one call at2:pm and one just now at 2:pm - and she left messages for me on my voice mail today I would tell you what she said but I can't understand a word this woman is saying Lancesoft also called me on August 28th at 2:pm and I told that person to NOT call me anymore and that I didn't wish to receive any more phone calls from LancesoftI have these phone records and will be keeping them as proof that your company is STILL calling and harassing me, despite our conversation, my complaint to the Revdex.com, and your email last month assuring me that these calls would stop. Oh and by the way, in your email to me and the Revdex.com you stated that: "While I understand there has been an excessive amount of communication directed to you, please allow me to assure you that if my Team was contacting you, it was for a legitimate position which the resume you posted on a public job board matched the qualifications for." Not ONCE has your company EVER sent me a position the fits my background Good example is the position below - I have absolutely NO clinical trial experience, yet they send me a job posting for a clinical trial position located in Jersey City, NJ I have told your company times before I asked them to stop calling, and it is also on my resume - I DO NOT WISH TO RELOCATE AND WANT A JOB CLOSE TO MY HOME So despite you saying that they only send me jobs I'm qualified for, that couldn't be farther from the truth - your company has NEVER sent me a job that is related to my background or is located in my area Now I consider these calls to be harassing I am at work, and your recruiters continue to call me over and over again.I have no choice but to contact a lawyer at this time because I do not see these calls stopping unless I change my phone number, which is NOT going to happen, I don't know how else to get your company to stop calling me I would suggest that when you outsource your calling center to India, you make sure they understand what harassing means because they have no clue - they think nothing of calling me or times in a row during a work day, sending me emails, and leaving me voice messages that I can't understandand all this is AFTER they were asked to stop calling me!*** *** "think positive, and positive things will happen"---
