Hello, We were called for a sewer line that was collapsed, we send our techitian.. discovered kine was collapsed at this point we have to contact 811 for line locating..we have to wait for that process before we can dig. then on the 12/20 our plumbers started to find the collapsed line to be...
replace and did hit a phone line due to line locating 811 failed to mark that that line was there.. at that point we cannot proceed until phone company comes in and repairs line and 811 line locating is done doing their investigation.. All this was explained to building owner [redacted].. Ms . [redacted] was not the person to be contacted for this project. Once we replaced the line we were waiting on phone line to be replace, then the building owner wanted special material base couse to be use which we had to order.. Job was done. a month later we received a call on Feb 1st regarding patch was sinking and we did schedule to go back and fix, we tried calling to let them know techitian was sick we would go on Feb 3rd and dirt was compacted again. Owner or Otero Plumbing then meet with their manager [redacted] and he said everything was good and looked good.. The bill was taking care off.I believe this complaint is not valid due to the fact that we were not contracted bt [redacted] and alot of the factors had to do with following regulations. We do apologize for rescheduling the last time but it was out of our hands been shorthanded.
