Review: On May 29 2014 I ordered $471.70 usd worth of stain over the phone from Landark Wood Finish.My credit card was charged for the purchase. After waiting a long period of time and not having the product arrive I followed up on my order. I was told that it was an oversight and that the product would be shipped shortly. After waiting another extended period of time I was told once again that the product would be sent on its way. Once again I was told that the product was not shipped yet but would be. At this point the time window that I had to claim credit card fraud dispute had passed. For a year and a half i've been patiently corresponding with [redacted] at Landark to either receive the product of a refund. At one point he said that he was going to start sending me payments towards my out of pocket loss. At this point i'm still owed the total amount and have not received any product or a penny of a refund.Desired Settlement: At this point I would love to get my money back. I paid the full amount for the shipment in good faith that I would receive the product and would like to see good faith prevail on the part of Land Ark. I wish the company no ill will, I just wish them to act in an honourable manner.

Review: I placed a $200 order with [redacted] at Land Ark Wood Finish on August 12, 2014. I was contacted a few days later and was informed that he was waiting on raw materials for his product, however [redacted] didn't hesitate to take my money. So months went by without any product being shipped. I called and e-mailed him dozens of times, every time [redacted] promised me that he would ship the product the next day. Weeks went by and turned into four and half months. I made two different [redacted] requests for a refund and [redacted] committed to refunding my money and sending me my product for free. Over a week later I don't have the product or my refund. [redacted] even went so far as to create a [redacted] shipping label just to send me a tracking number, but never used it to ship the product. I have been exceedingly patient and understanding with [redacted], but he just took advantage of my good nature:(Desired Settlement: I want a $200 refund for the product that was never shipped. I provided [redacted] with a [redacted] refund request that he can use to quickly refund my money.
