Land Heating Cooling & Plumbing

On 12/1/2016 a representatives from this company came out and checked my heating and a/c, the breaker had gone out and the transformer was messed up. They took the parts out of my system and left. They kept them for almost a year. They never called us, updated us. I'd see this guy who worked there at the gas station occasionally, he'd take down my information and never get back to me. I
called up there all the time (I couldn't go up there because of my disability), no one returns voicemails. They did say they were getting the breaker in and it hadn't been delivered yet. They're only open when my wife is at work so she couldn't take time off to go up there during the week. She finally did go down there, all of a sudden they had show up here ELEVEN MONTHS LATER on 10/27/17 to put the old parts back in my system. Then they said my blower board was messed, I needed 3lbs of freon, a coil replacement and it would cost me $1000. I called Nathan at Max Tow for a second opinion, he came in and changed my thermostat, $150 total. I paid Land Heating a $75 for service call fee. We've been running heaters all winter, and I had to buy 5 buy a/c window units to heat and cool my home all year.
