I refinanced my house with this company in October 2019 my first payment was December first I and I sent the first payment on 11/20/2019. Land Home financial Services cashed the check on 11/26/2019. December 31st I called to make my payment for January and they told me that I never made my payment for December. They proceeded to tell me to send my bank statement with the copy of the check.The statement was sent on 01/02/2020. I call again on 01/03/2020 to make sure they got all the info and they told me they did get it but they need time to fix my payment and told me in 5 days they would put the credit in my account. I called again and they ask for an another two more weeks. I have been calling so many times and they have been sending me emails and letters saying I am missing one of my payments, but when I call they say they have my payment but they need time to fix it because they have an investigation going. I made my last payment on 01/29/2020 and I asked that they credit my payment and fix my credit since it is being affected by them no applying the payment to my account.
