DONT SHOP THERE!! Well, I thought the employees were nice, until they sold me the wrong gun and then wouldn't do anything about it and actually got *** with me! I walked in, asked for a smith and Wesson full size M&P He handed me a gun, it looked a little small, (I owned altogether before, but couldn't keep them) so, I asked if it was a 1/2" barrelHe said actually, it's a 5"Now, I don't pretend to know about guns, I just know what I like and try to stick with itSo, I believed himAs soon as I walked out the door, I looked at the sticker on the side of the box, it was a 4" barrel! I turned and walked right back in, one guy got crappy with me, called the manager to see what to do (but didn't tell him that I was told this gun was what I asked for), then came up to me and said there's nothing they can do and bc I handled it, I should've known if it was right! I was floored! I said, "it's not like I carry around a tape measure, and I ASKED"! New gun buyers and people that don't know alot about them RELY on these workers to know what the hell they're talking about!! What I was sold, was a MID-SIZE 4"BARREL, they don't even make 5" barrels for those guns! And THE ONLY FULL SIZE M&P ARE THE ONES WITH AND WITHOUT THUMB SAFTEY AND THEYRE 1/2" BARRELS, BOTH!! I found all this out later, when I called Smith and WessonAnd of course, the guy who is at fault, didn't say a word, didn't tell the ae that he did tell me that! They fked me, and stuck me with a gun I didn't want, don't shop there unless you know gunsI've always done my business at other places and this was my 1st and last experience here! Oh, and they CHARGED ME FOR A FULL SIZE! MID SIZE IS CHEAPER, ACCORDING TO SMITH & WESSON THEMSELVES! I just wasted almost $600! I expected to get what I asked for!
