I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is most alarming because Quality Inn has failed to recognize they advertised this hotel on TripAdvisor, Hotels.com and the corporate website as a Non smoking hotel well before my complaint. Yes, I have been complaining since January 9,2017 about marijuana and cigarettes being smoked at this hotel. No, management did not react until the actual complaint went online for others to review but their reactions was not to financially compensate me. I believe I am entitled to a full refund throughout my stay and I want ALL of my money back.
