No, there is not a warranty on the vehicle. The first date of service for this issue was on November 20,2015.

Review: I purchased a certified pre-owned Land Rover LR4 on Dec 30th 2015 at the Land Rover Milford in Milford CT. ( I chose to go to Land Rover a Name I could Trust and be confident of my purchase ). The sales person was pleasant and the deal worked out great.

A few days later I realize there are dents on the hood of the car. My wife called to speak to the Sales person Chris W[redacted]. He asked my wife " are you sure no one smashed into you ? We would never let a car leave the lot that way. My wife responded, "I would not be making this call if I was not sure and confident . So he asked to send pictures of the car and I did. I spoke to Chris W[redacted] days later, he said; " they needed to find the pictures of the car before I bought it ( to see if these dents really existed). And that would be difficult to do because, once removed from the website it is unlikely that the pictures would still be there ).

I was certain that this did not happen in my possession. Therefore, I searched online myself. And true beyond any doubt I did indeed find them.

I e-mailed the picture to Chris W[redacted]. He said great that you found the picture and said they would repair the car.

I dropped the car off a few days later. The General sales manager Ted P[redacted] spoke to me. He said thank god you found the picture other wise we would be battling it out.

I just retrieved the car on Wednesday the repair is not of quality the paint job is poorly. There are drops of paint coming down the hood the paint is rough and you can still see the dents under the unprofessional paint job someone performed on this car.

Ted P[redacted] the General sales manager said ;" this is all that we are doing, AFTER ALL IT IS A USED CAR ".

The car looked better before .They should of told me that it would look worse.

A used car in his vision I guess customer service doesn't mean much to him.

To me it is a LAND ROVER CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. In which I paid go money for. How could a LAND ROVER dealership be OK With letting someone drive there car in this mannerDesired Settlement: I would like to get them estimates for the repair work and they pay for it.

The car is embarrassing right now . They should of told me they did not have a quality person on hand for this type of work.

I trusted in them because, of the LAND ROVER NAME. I could of went to any used car dealer if I wanted to be disrespected just because it is a used car.
