Review: I purchased a used 2013 Land Rover Evoque last October(2014) and purchased two warranties with the car. The CNA curb and Cosmetic and the Staynu policies. I traded in the car at Performance Ford about a month later. I immediately contacted Land Rover of Paramus and requested a cancellation and refund for both policies. After a few back and forths I received a refund for the CNA policy(2-3 months of emails). It is now July of next year and I still have not received a refund for the Staynu policy. I have been in contact with them and the warranty company for many months. I have confirmation from Land Rover and the warranty company that the warranty company sent a check for the full refund at the end of April ($1309). Yesterday July 8th I finally received a check from Land Rover in the amount of $332. I have email proof from multiple sources including Land Rover and the warranty company that the refund was not $332(which they sent me) but $1309. I also have my contract stating the amount I paid for the warranty. Also, I have my odometer statement saying that I traded in the car only a month after I bought it. They don't answer my calls and I have to send multiple emails for them to respond to me. I have been very patient with them and just want this resolved with help from Revdex.com because they are obviously not going to do it themselves.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to receive the full amount that I am owed based on the emails I received and my contract. which is in the amount of $1309

Review: In October 2013, I ordered a car with specific specifications from Paramus Land Rover. The car was priced at the time of the order. The car was delivered in March 2014. After taking delivery of the car, I learned that the price differed from the priced agreed to upon ordering. The price differential totaled $1,800.00 plus tax. More specifically, the price differences included (i) $650 increase in the base price; (ii) a $550 increase in parallel park option (85% increase) and (iii) a $600 addition of soft door close option that was not included in my order. I found the price increase unacceptable and found even more egregious that the seller did not explain the price changes. I waited many months for the delivery of this very expensive car and I am shocked that the company would handle this matter as they have. I spoke to the sales manager and he offered a complementary second scheduled service, which I declined.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund.
