This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write.
Car buying can be such a lengthy and unpleasant experience. That is why I highly recommend this dealership. If you live in Glenwood Springs or 2,000 miles away it is worth the visit (and a beautiful location). My experience with Vincent Smith was beyond outstanding. He is truly compassionate about what he does.

came in for a complaint of engine running sluggish. We performed a test drive and could not duplicate the concern. The technician performed a diagnostic routine and his comments on the diagnosis are as follows" misfire on multiple cylinder fault and misfire on cylinder four fault present. Spark plug wires are faulty checked faults, inspected vehicle for misfires. Found cylinder three and four spark plug wires arcing to valve covers. Supplied estimate for sparkplug wire replacement. Also recommend spark plugs be replaced".Mr. [redacted] approved the repairs. These parts were defective and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was delivered back to the customer. The customer then called back with the same concern. We sent our valet for pickup of the vehicle and left Mr. [redacted] a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the service visit. Our valet noticed the sluggish feeling but told us it went away in 200-300 feet. Once the vehicle returned, the tech attempted multiple times to duplicate the concern, which we were never able to do. Based on comments made from our valet (sluggish feeling lasting 200-300 feet the technician started looking at issues involving internal engine issues. The technicians diagnosis is as follows" number three cylinder appears to be burning coolant and piston appears to have damage checked faults, misfire on cylinder four which can be actual number four or number four in firing order. Removed cylinder three and four spark plugs, inspected cylinder four for coolant in cylinder after sitting on pressure tester all night, view through bore scope is very limited but no coolant signs visible. Checked number three cylinder with piston at bottom of travel for better view. Can see what looks to be a divot in top of piston in one area and a silver mound of metal in another area. Suspect number three piston may have had piece broken off of ring land and was then pounded against inside of cylinder head. It is possible if this happened that cylinder liner could have been damaged allowing coolant to enter cylinder and cause misfire. This misfire would be more prevalent on first start up after vehicle was sitting overnight or for a few days. Recommend pulling cylinder heads off to verify if piston is damaged. If piston is damaged engine would need to be replaced." Mr. [redacted] was not charged for this diagnosis, which was very extensive. We contacted Mr. [redacted] and advised him on the results of the technicians' diagnosis. I offered him the money that he spent on the previous repair as a credit towards the replacement of the engine assembly.
