I was first contacted by this resident within the [redacted] community in early Spring Please note however this person making this complaint is not even the actual homeowner of the property and is only a renter of this home. The complaint revolved around their feeling that the rose bushes in their front yard were trimmed too far in the fall of 2016, which caused them to die and they feel they should all be replaced with large tall ones.Background- [redacted] is a large over community consisting of approx homes + open spaceWe have serviced this property going on yrs at this point providing landscape maintenance and snow removal servicesWe follow a scope of services provided to us by the Management Company of the community which details each service. When it comes to pruning that too is outlined if the contract so to provide consistency throughout the communityBy the communities choice they do allow residence to choose to be on a "no Prune list" if they do not want to have us perform that service thus they take that responsibility for pruning themselvesI enclosed a copy of the Fall pruning notice that got distributed to all homes prior to the pruning in question last fall and the protocol that is to be followedThe individual making this claim did not choose to elect this option thus we performed the fall pruning according to the scope of services and consistent through the community. After the individual contacted me I had a meeting on site with themOne rose bush was dead however have no reason to believe it was from the pruning more winter damageHowever with that said I even replaced that rose bush for the customer as a act of good faithAll the other roses looked healthy and were pushing new healthy growthI also enclosed pictures of the roses in question that the individual thinks are dead and need to be ripped out and replacedThese pictures were taken back in early June and you can see that they are all alive and doing well flowering etc.The individual was not happy that I would not agree to rip out these perfectly healthy roses and install larger roses and contacted the management officeI too contacted the [redacted] community HOA management office as well as the HOA board president on May 26" to also make them aware of this situation I had with this individual just to make sure I was doing as they desired as wellThey too agreed with me that no further action was needed. It is unfortunate that this individual feels that we killed the rose bushes however the pictures tell the true story as they are all alive and well and we were only doing what we were Contracted to do by pruningI felt we fulfilled our obligations to the management and HOA presidents' satisfaction and even went slightly beyond by replacing a shrub at no cost that died from an entirely different reasonMy desire is that upon review that the Revdex.com realize this complaint by a renter of the property is unjustified

I was first contacted by this resident within the [redacted] community in early Spring 2017. Please note however this person making this complaint is not even the actual homeowner of the property and is only a renter of this home. The complaint revolved around their feeling that the rose bushes in...

their front yard were trimmed too far in the fall of 2016, which caused them to die and they feel they should all be replaced with large 4 tall ones.Background-[redacted] is a large over 55 community consisting of approx 507 homes + open space. We have serviced this property going on 11 yrs at this point providing landscape maintenance and snow removal services. We follow a scope of services provided to us by the Management Company of the community which details each service. When it comes to pruning that too is outlined if the contract so to provide consistency throughout the community. By the communities choice they do allow residence to choose to be on a "no Prune list" if they do not want to have us perform that service thus they take that responsibility for pruning themselves. I enclosed a copy of the 2016 Fall pruning notice that got distributed to all homes prior to the pruning in question last fall and the protocol that is to be followed. The individual making this claim did not choose to elect this option thus we performed the fall pruning according to the scope of services and consistent through the community. After the individual contacted me I had a meeting on site with them. One rose bush was dead however have no reason to believe it was from the pruning more winter damage. However with that said I even replaced that rose bush for the customer as a act of good faith. All the other roses looked healthy and were pushing new healthy growth. I also enclosed pictures of the roses in question that the individual thinks are dead and need to be ripped out and replaced. These pictures were taken back in early June 2017 and you can see that they are all alive and doing well flowering etc.The individual was not happy that I would not agree to rip out these perfectly healthy roses and install larger roses and contacted the management office. I too contacted the [redacted] community HOA management office as well as the HOA board president on May 26" 2017 to also make them aware of this situation I had with this individual just to make sure I was doing as they desired as well. They too agreed with me that no further action was needed. It is unfortunate that this individual feels that we killed the rose bushes however the pictures tell the true story as they are all alive and well and we were only doing what we were Contracted to do by pruning. I felt we fulfilled our obligations to the management and HOA presidents' satisfaction and even went slightly beyond by replacing a shrub at no cost that died from an entirely different reason. My desire is that upon review that the Revdex.com realize this complaint by a renter of the property is unjustified
